From intern to owning the pipeline

I design interfaces, build them myself in Webflow, and automate the repetitive parts with AI. Over three-plus years at Remedo, a healthcare-tech company, I've grown from Graphic Design Intern to Webflow Developer & Web Designer on the Design Operations team, shipping production sites for healthcare and health-tech clients in the UK and USA. The throughline at every step: get closer to the whole pipeline, not just one slice of it.

Experience

One company, four roles, each one taking on more of the design-to-deployment pipeline.

  1. May 2025 – PresentRemedoCurrent

    Webflow Developer & Web Designer

    • Designed and built 6 client websites from scratch in Webflow and delivered 2 major redesigns for 8 clients across the UK and USA, going from Figma to live with no separate developer handoff.
    • Build responsive Webflow pages with GSAP animation, through both Figma → Webflow and Claude → Webflow workflows.
    • Architected Webflow CMS collections spanning 50–100 pages across a multi-location healthcare platform.

    AI QA systems

    Built with Claude Code, connected to live sites through the platform's API or MCP. Each one audits and applies fixes within preset guardrails; people step in only for the exceptions. In production on Webflow client sites.

      Audits every page and fixes ~5–8 issues per page, scored against an intake questionnaire of business details and regional English.

  2. Mar 2024 – May 2025Remedo

    UI/UX Designer

    • Architected 15+ Figma repositories as single-source-of-truth component libraries, adopted across 2–3 teams and 4–8 designers.
    • Built an asset taxonomy across 12+ subfolders covering 4,000+ icons, illustrations and UI components.
    • Designed websites and landing pages, and built them through no-code development in proprietary website builders.
    • Rolled out design QC frameworks and SOPs across the team.

    Freelance Designer

    • Delivered 5–10 brand and marketing assets (identity, motion graphics and campaign visuals) from brief to final files, with minimal revision cycles.
    • Designed a UI set for a crypto/gaming app, including its league and high/low game screens.
    • Ran the full creative process independently under tight deadlines.
  2. Aug 2022 – Dec 2022Project Kilkari

    Content Designer

    • Content design for Project Kilkari, an initiative under the Connecting Dreams Foundation (CDF) and Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Khalsa College, strengthening the project's digital presence.
