SEO pass per site
It used to be three jobs in a row: audit, rewrite, then manual edits.
The problem
Every new or updated site needed a technical SEO pass before launch: meta titles and descriptions, alt text, H1–H3 structure, schema and the rest of the core on-page parameters.
Done manually it was three jobs in a row: a 3–4 hour specialist audit, 1–2 hours writing the corrected SEO data, then 2–3 hours making the edits by hand. 6–9 hours per site, mostly repetitive work that's easy to get wrong from fatigue rather than difficulty.
Accessibility sat next to it. In healthcare an accessibility gap is a real liability, not just a UX miss, but there was no standard check for it yet.
The approach
Built an audit system with Claude Code connected to live sites through the Webflow API and MCP. It checks the on-page parameters against the real site structure, writes the corrected data, and pushes it live, with no spreadsheet or developer hand-off in between.
WCAG testing started when a client asked for it and became a standard pre-launch step on every site: tool-based checks, manual review and AI testing together, then fixing whatever gaps they find.
How it runs
- AuditMeta, alt text, H1–H3, schema and on-page checks on the live site.
- RewriteWrites the corrected SEO data for every failing item.
- PushPublishes the fixes straight into Webflow.
- WCAGTool, manual and AI accessibility testing before launch.
Impact
- Accessibility went from an on-request extra to a standard step on every launch.
- The same system runs on each new or updated site, so compliance scales with the number of sites, not headcount.
